map&guide controls are ActiveX Controls which allow you to integrate mapping, geocoding and routing functions into external applications quickly and cost effectively. The components consist of basic functions (DLLs) and interface components (ActiveX) and can be accessed from every application that has been developed in a programming language with COM support. The vector maps are based on Navteq or Teleatlas data.
