The SysInfo component gathers various information about the system hardware including Processor, Memory, Operating System, Disk and Mouse related information and returns it in an easy to manage format. For Instance, it may be useful for adding a 'System Info' button to your application's About Box. Since this is a non-visual component the developer is free to design the interface as necessary or not at all if that's what is needed.
