Send Variants of any type from one application to another, including nested arrays of Variants of mixed types, with no size limit. This allows UDTs to be transmitted. DataSend is fast because it uses the WM_COPYDATA message. It can replace DDE in many situations, using a similar server/client protocol. It is fully functional in a Visual Basic development environment without a design time licence, which is needed to compile an executable program.
