VRMixer ActiveX allows an easy but comprehensive and reliant control of Playback and Recording of a current system Sound Mixer device. As an ActiveX it will work in any environment supporting ActiveX containers. It's being also tested on all modern Windows platforms including Windows 9X, Windows ME, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Zip file includes installation, distribution, help and detailed Visual Basic sample.
