MimeEmail

The MimeEmail component provides functionality for sending Email via the SMTP Protocol with file attachments as described in RFCs 821, 822, 1521, 1522. This component will enable a developer to add Email capability that can also send file attachments to their application within a few minutes. Since this is a non-visual component the developer is free to design the interface as necessary or not at all if that's what is needed.

MutliLineChart

The MultiLineChart component can be used for creating a chart that can plot multiple data sources simultaneously in real time. For instance, you could be collecting data from three different sources and feeding it into the MultiLineChart component to provide a real time visual feedback mechanism. Each data source can be easily distinguished by assigning it a different color. You can also choose a left-to-right or right-to-left plotting direction.

NetSpy

The NetSpy component is a wrapper around an NDIS Network Protocol Device Driver. The driver is set to 'promiscous mode' so that all network traffic on the wire will be processed. Whenever a packet is received by the driver it is passed up to the NetSpy component which will in turn display the packet in the component window and/or fire an event that sends the packet data to the container application. The packet data can be saved to a disk file as well.

NetSpy2K

The NetSpy2K component can be used for capturing all network packet data. It is similar to our NetSpy control. When a packet is received a 'PacketReceived' event is fired. The event can fire the packet in various formats. It can be received as raw Packet data, raw ASCII format, A summary decode or a detailed decode. Decodes for IP, TCP, UDP and ICMP are included. You can also filter out packets with the SourceIPAddress/DestIPAddress filters.
Note: This component is for W2K only.

NICNotifier

The NICNotifier component can be used to capture Connect/Disconnect notification events from a NIC card on your system. For instance, if someone pulls out the cable from the NIC card a Disconnect notification event will occur. Similarly, if you reconnect the cable a Connect notification event will occur.

Spider

The Spider component is essentially an Internet Web Spider or Robot as they are sometimes referred to that can explore Web sites to detect broken HREF links and gather a few statistics about each page checked. It can also download an individual HTML page from any external Web site on the Internet.
